So she ate the porridge because she was hungry, cant blame someone for eating at her cousins house (or what she thought).
Also Goldilocks wasnt amazed when their chair broke, since she knew it was relieve at her cousins house as well. Lastly she slept on her size bed because she was hungry and still tired so Goldilocks did what anyone would do in this situation. You cant blame all the things that happened because she did all this assuming this was her cousins house. All this is a major misunderstanding so in this situation I conclude with my client not being guilty.
