Earlier on in this year, I watched a routine at Plymouth theatre named a midsummer iniquitys dream. It was directed by a man called Tim supple, and was a genuinely interesting scrap. I will compare this piece of music with a piece of my own, called once upon a time, which I made with a group of others, and is in an only different environment, with different scaffolding, lighting, costume, and is of an altogether different style. Firstly, both pieces use the same sort of stage; they are both in the end on format. This was on the face of it dictated to Tim supple due to the restrictions upon him imposed by Plymouth theatre, they would not allow a radical restyling of the place, only when for one production, and also, it may have been the most effective format for the play itself, because it seemed as if we were looking in through a window, rather than from an interactional perspective. Our piece was staged in the end on skeletal frame for a specific purpose, we wanted it to seem as if the tryout was flicking through the pages of a book, and the simple layout complemented this, and helped the audience to realise our goal, and thusly the underlying format of the play. The costume of Our piece is very simple, we wear only black, to add to the simplicity of the piece. This is to stool the piece seem dark and to add a fatal element to the piece. It also makes it easier to be...If you want to get a all-embracing essay, order it on our website:
